Courie Driver is an app by Courie.Ai Inc for drivers working with courier companies that use Courie. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
In the app: sign in to Courie Driver, tap your profile photo in the top right of the home screen to open the Account screen, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
By email (no app needed): email eng@courie.ai from the email address you sign in with. Use the subject “Delete my Courie Driver account”. We will confirm by email once it is done.
Note: Certain data may be retained for reasons such as Security, Fraud prevention and/or regulatory compliance.
